Adrenaline reversal
You will be presented with a response to adrenaline (10 nmole/kg), to adrenaline (10 nmole/kg) after previously administered prazosin (200 nmole/kg) and to adrenaline (10 nmole/kg) after previous administration of both prazosin (200 nmole/kg) and propranolol (1000 nmole/kg).
For each response measure the maximum increases and decreases in heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure and in pulse pressure. Represent these changes in a bar chart.
