Effects of blockade of uptake1
You will be presented with a response to a dose of noradrenaline (5 nmole/kg), phenylephrine (30 nmole/kg) and tyramine (5000 nmole/kg). Then you will be presented with the response to a dose of cocaine (1000 nmole/kg) and then further doses of noradrenaline (5 nmole/kg), phenylephrine (30 nmole/kg) and tyramine (5000 nmole/kg).
Tabulate the maximum changes in heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure and in pulse pressure. Present the data in the form of a bar graph showing the size of the responses in mmHg.
