Standard bipolar limb leads

There are 3 bipolar recording positions, with electrodes on the right arm (RA), left arm (LA), left leg (LL).

• Standard limb lead I uses RA (-) and LA (+) electrodes.
• Standard limb lead II uses RA (-) and LL (+) electrodes.
• Standard limb lead III uses LA (-) and LL (+) electrodes.

The angles of recording are:
Lead I 0°: Lead II 60°: Lead III 120°
