In this experiment the sciatic nerve is stimulated electrically with pairs of supramaximal stimuli such that the second stimulus is delivered at different times during the contractile response evoked by the first stimulus:

Task
Compare the peak amplitude of contraction of the response to paired stimuli of different separation with that of the response to a single stimulus.
