Effects of ganglion stimulants
A large dose of atropine (1000 nmole/kg) has previously been given to your preparation. You will now be presented with a response to a dose of dimethylphenylpiperazinium (DMPP; 300 nmole/kg). You will then be presented with a response to a dose of hexamethonium (10000 nmole/kg) and then the response to DMPP again (300 nmole/kg).
