Effect of ganglion blockade

You will be presented with responses to noradrenaline (10 nmole/kg), to vasopressin (40 nmole/kg) and then to hexamethonium (20000 nmole/kg). You will then be presented with responses to the same dose of the pressor agents (noradrenaline (10 nmole/kg);vasopressin (40 nmole/kg)) given while the hexamethonium is still effective.

Tabulate the initial resting levels of heart rate and blood pressure before each response and the size and form of the changes produced by the drugs.
