Depressor drugs

You will be presented with responses to histamine (1 nmole/kg), acetylcholine (5 nmole/kg), isoprenaline (1 nmole/kg) and hexamethonium (20000 nmole/kg).

Tabulate data for each response for the maximum change in heart rate and, for changes in mean blood pressure, the rate of onset (time to reach maximal effect), the maximum fall and the duration of effect (time for blood pressure to recover one half of the depressor response).
