Effect of drugs on sympathetic stimulation

You will be presented with responses to noradrenaline (10 nmole/kg) and to sympathetic stimulation (frequency 5 Hz; width 0.5 msec; voltage 6 V; duration 15 sec) in an untreated rat and also in rats which have been treated previously with hexamethonium (20000 nmole/kg), prazosin (500 nmole/kg), propranolol (2000 nmole/kg) and guanethidine (2000 nmole/kg).

Tabulate the initial resting levels of heart rate and blood pressure in the 4 preparations and the size of the responses to noradrenaline and sympathetic nerve stimulation.
