Blood Lactate - Sample Analysis

Record the absorbance at 340 nm of each lactate sample noting the time (and hence the work load) it was taken.

Use the standard curve to determine the lactate concentration of each sample.

Plot a graph of blood lactate (y-axis) against workload (x-axis) for the subject.
