Special session on RHL at the XIX FIGO World Congress of Gynecology & Obstetrics, Cape Town, South Africa, 4–9 October 2009

At the 2009 FIGO (International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics) conference –which takes place every three years and is the world's largest gathering of obstetricians and gynaecologists – there will take place a special session on RHL (room 1.4, Tuesday, 6 October, 9.00– 10.30). To be chaired by Prof. Justus Hofmeyr, the session will include the following speakers and presentations:

• A. Metin Gülmezoglu - RHL in its 12th year and RHL as an education tool
• Guillermo Carroli - RHL in Latin America
• Jean José Wolomby - RHL in Francophone Africa
