Isaac F. Adewole

Dr Isaac F. Adewole is Consultant and Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is the Provost of the College of Medicine and currently the Secretary-General of the Confederation of African Medical Associations and Societies (CAMAS). His main interests are cervical cancer detection, unsafe abortion and safe motherhood. He is currently collaborating in several multicentre, international projects such the Magnesium sulphate for prevention of eclampsia (Magpie) trial and The AIDS Prevention Initiative (APIN) for the prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV.
