Elizabeth Mathai
Elizabeth Mathai is a medical doctor with specialization in microbiology. She also has a PhD in International Health from Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden. She is currently Professor and Head of the Department of Microbiology at the Christian Medical College, Vellore, India. She is actively involved in research on infections and immunological disorders in pregnant women in India. She has several publications in national and international journals.
