Fernanda Candio
Fernanda Candio is an obstetrician and gynaecologist. She works as a researcher in perinatology at the Centro Rosarino de Estudios Perinatales (CREP), in Rosario, Argentina. CREP is a WHO Collaborative Centre in Maternal and Child Health. Dr Candio practices obstetrics and gynaecology within the primary health-care system in Rosario. Her main interests include evidence-based medicine in obstetrics and gynaecology, with special interest in conducting randomized controlled trials of interventions to reduce the leading causes of maternal morbidity and mortality. She has participated in different qualitative studies.
